Convent Sentul CS Brainstorms

Last month in July, I visited Methodist Girls School (MGS)in Singapore together with 6 other Malaysian school principals and vice principals. We enjoyed the rich hospitality of our Singapore mission school and were richly blessed with gifts, wonderful ideas and renewed vision.

There I realized that the acronym MGS, apart from standing for Methodist Girls School was also linked to their school identity To Master, To Grow and To Serve. I found the idea of using the school name to create an identity and a positive identity at that,  most intriguing!

So after a few weeks of being back in Convent Sentul, I issued a challenge and an order to every class in Convent Sentul Sentul to brainstorm together and to come back to me via their form teachers. The challenge?? They were to create positive acronyms for Convent Sentul CS.

With all the creativity that is brimming in CS, guess what came in! I am amazed and awed by the wonderful acronyms that came in. Girls, teachers,  you are really creative and awesome!!

I had a very long list from 5 Dahlia and from their list, I picked a few strong favourites.

                                                 CS stands for Caring and Sharing.

                                                        Cool and Smart!

                                        Convent Sentul Constantly Shines

 I love some of the Bahasa Malaysia ones! Among my top favourites are Cergas Sentiasa by 4 Mawar, Cemerlang Santun by 2 Mawar, Cemerlang Sentiasa by 3 Anggerik and 5 Mawar, Cerdik dan Sempurna by 3 Kenanga is superb!
